The collaboration server sends no email of any kind — not for verification, not for notifications, and not for resets. If you lose your password, recovering the account means asking us directly, and we will have to satisfy ourselves that the account is yours by some other means.
That is a gap and it is being closed. Until it is, use a password manager, and treat this account as one you cannot recover on your own.
